The Role

JPA is actively seeking a Product Manager for GRETEL Trails, JPA Health’s AI powered insight engine, to join our dynamic and collaborative agency. The successful candidate for this role will drive all stages of the project lifecycle including planning, positioning, roadmap development and building requirements with internal subject matter experts.

This position is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to any JPA office (i.e., Boston, Washington, DC, New York City) 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days per week.

The Responsibilities

  1. Develop product roadmap in consultation with internal stakeholders including research specialists (Data Analysts and Market Research specialists) and internal subject matter experts in communications, digital strategy, marketing and medical communications.
  2. Oversee product positioning and messaging that differentiates GRETEL Trails across primary market segments.
  3. Work with Project Manager to assure that all implementations of GRETEL are implemented with latest version.
  4. Coordinate implementation and customization to meet client needs including hands-on work within platform.
  5. Identify custom applications of related technologies/processes.

About You

Our ideal candidate must have :

  1. Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in product management for B2B offerings.
  2. Experience using Generative AI including prompt generation.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to clients, prospects and senior leaders.
  4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional manner.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve business processes and practices to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

We Would Be Thrilled If You Also Have

  1. Experience working with RAG enhanced AI applications.
  2. Communications, Public Relations or Marketing product management.
  3. Professional service and/or agency experience preferred.

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $120,000 - $145,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
