About the job HR Manager | Head of HR/GA/LEGAL

Our Client is a Tech Startup specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced AR glasses. The company is committed to pushing the boundaries of AR technology and providing high-quality, innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of human resources, including engineers, sales, administration, and high-level personnel
  • Develop and implement effective personnel planning, allocation, and budgeting strategies
  • Address and resolve various labor-related issues, including IPO support
  • Manage and oversee the HR team (2-3 People Management), including labor affairs
  • Reporting line to the Head of HR Legal and GA and dotted to the CFO

Required Experience:

  • Managerial experience (5+ years)
  • Experience in recruiting for multiple positions with a focus on engineering recruiting (5+ years)
  • Experience in establishing, operating, and improving human resources systems
  • Understanding of labor management

Preferred Experience:

  • More than 10 years of experience in HR
  • Experience in HR at a company preparing to go public or a start-up
  • Native Japanese and business level of English
  • Experience in creating analytical documents such as Excel, implementing or improving the operation of HRMS
