Essential Functions:
The Analyst will support USMC HMH TMS Team in Jacksonville, NC aboard MCAS New River by gathering and analyzing data, organizing, and documenting findings of studies, and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Specific duties include:

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
Education: BS/BA degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university OR AA/AS degree and four (4) years performing the foregoing functions OR HS and eight (8) years performing the foregoing functions.

Essential Functions:
The Analyst will support USMC HMH TMS Team in Jacksonville, NC aboard MCAS New River by gathering and analyzing data, organizing, and documenting findings of studies, and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Specific duties include:
- Collates information into meaningful reports and presentation material
- Develops monthly metrics data, review and analysis geared toward improving business processes
- Performs data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems
- Analyzes project requirements including program scheduling, critical path analyses and project support/resource requirement determination
- Fully participates in impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency models, and employs appropriate project tracking methodologies
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university. An Associate's degree plus an additional four (4) years performing the foregoing functions may also be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. A High School Diploma plus an additional eight (8) years performing the foregoing functions may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing the foregoing functions in a complex and technically demanding project or task environment, including a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in the specific domain area required
- Experience with Naval Aviation databases, including OOMA and DECKPLATE, Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP), Aviation Management Supply and Readiness Reporting (AMSRR)
- Advanced experience with MS Excel and able to work within MS Access databases and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Tableau visualization system
- Experience with the use of SharePoint sites
- Working towards a master's degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university is to be considered favorably
