HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Provide functional and subject matter expertise for wage and hour and policy compliance, with an emphasis on Scheduling and Forecasting functionality in UKG applications, as well as reporting and security.
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, business process design, data integrity, and UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning security requirements.
- Support governance process, road mapping exercises, and cross-functional resource planning.
- Configure and implement regulatory changes that affect scheduling processes and practices, ensuring business continuity and compliance with North America labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor continuing support and maintenance of new application features and functionality.
- Provide mentoring and training for end-users on new system changes and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
YOU ARE
- Able to influence and drive toward agreement with cross-functional business teams.
- A project manager able to create, organize, and deliver project materials and documentation.
- A problem solver with the ability to identify potential and/or existing issues, evaluate available options, and recommend corrective action.
- Agile in your approach and understand the methodologies related principles and best practices.
- Passionate for continuous improvement of technology and business processes.
YOU HAVE
- 8+ years Kronos / UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning administration experience.
- Knowledge of wage and hour regulations.
- Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization.
- Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices.
