HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Provide functional and subject matter expertise for wage and hour and policy compliance, with an emphasis on Scheduling and Forecasting functionality in UKG applications, as well as reporting and security.
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, business process design, data integrity, and UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning security requirements.
  • Support governance process, road mapping exercises, and cross-functional resource planning.
  • Configure and implement regulatory changes that affect scheduling processes and practices, ensuring business continuity and compliance with North America labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor continuing support and maintenance of new application features and functionality.
  • Provide mentoring and training for end-users on new system changes and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOU ARE

  • Able to influence and drive toward agreement with cross-functional business teams.
  • A project manager able to create, organize, and deliver project materials and documentation.
  • A problem solver with the ability to identify potential and/or existing issues, evaluate available options, and recommend corrective action.
  • Agile in your approach and understand the methodologies related principles and best practices.
  • Passionate for continuous improvement of technology and business processes.

YOU HAVE

  • 8+ years Kronos / UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning administration experience.
  • Knowledge of wage and hour regulations.
  • Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization.
  • Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices.
