Web Analytics and Tagging Lead

Mountainview CA – Onsite Hybrid


Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to lead end-to-end Tagging Architecture, Implementation & documentation process
  • Actively involved in Prioritization and zdrive communication strategy for tagging process
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of a website and mobile architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
  • Enable discovery sessions and help guide business requirements and key performance indicators
  • Driver process of implementing Target Activities & design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
  • Generate customized digital analytics collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment
  • Work with remote teams for tagging operations and executing on enhancements
  • Setup Governance process to maintain the integrity of implementation
  • Setup and adhere to Privacy and compliancy policy


What you need to succeed:


  1. 8+ years’ hands-on experience working in digital analytics or a related field or similar tools, Adobe tag management and data layers
  2. Knowledge of Internet/Digital Marketing concepts, Mobile, DTM, Tag Management systems
  3. Strong knowledge about working with Google and Tealium
  4. Experience identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design
  5. Has led more than one end to end implementation of AEM Sites (experience in Server-side implementation)
  6. Experience identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements
  7. Drive thought leadership, coordinate with other region/country to maintain tagging standardization
  8. Follow privacy compliant tagging process (CCPA, GDPR etc.) & Cookie less architecture
  9. Be results-oriented, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  10. Possess a creative and problem-solving mentality
  11. Good interpersonal, presentation, and soft skills – both verbal and written
  12. Ability to learn quickly, be an excellent teammate, and handle change efficiently
  13. Experience in supporting tagging request to support A/B testing in Target and KPI tracking
  14. Desirable to have experience using Adobe Solutions like, Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or other web analytics and optimization tools, in or out of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.

  1. Experience with Adobe Launch
  2. Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills
  3. AEM Assets and AEM Sites Architect Certifications
  4. Website optimization consulting experience / Web development experience
  5. Experience with Single Page Application (SPA)
  6. Expertise with mobile and/or media analytics
