Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and executing high-throughput screening assays to assess the efficacy of our antibody candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic cell culture, ELISA, and multi-color flow cytometry. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and perform cell-based assays, including multi-color flow cytometry and ELISA, for characterizing therapeutic antibodies.
  2. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput screening assays for immuno-oncology research.
  3. Conduct routine cell line management and culture cell lines for assay development.
  4. Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing critical insights to inform research progress.
  5. Maintain detailed experimental records and present findings to the internal team.

Qualifications:

  1. B.S. + 3 years or M.S. + 1 year in a biotech or pharmaceutical research setting, or PhD in a relevant field.
  2. Hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, and basic cell culture techniques.
  3. Familiarity with cell-based assays, high-throughput screening, and software tools such as GraphPad Prism and FlowJo.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork spirit.
