Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Job Role
Calendar and Schedule: Leadership, Sales, and Organizational Improvement training calendar and student roster management: populating and keeping the training schedule/calendar current.
Enrollment: Managing enrollments for all classes via the Learning Management System (LMS). Keeping the LMS updated for all offerings. Entering enrollments, printing attendance sheets, marking attendance.
Communications: Sending out all class, student class/event, and internal LSOI team/staff/committee Outlook invitations and managing and communicating changes to calendar and enrollments. Taking minutes in team and other meetings.
Training Class Administration, Operations, and Logistics: Preparing training materials, manuals and training kits for each class. Setting up training rooms. Assisting with travel and lunches as needed. Inputting class records to the LMS.
LSOI Training Department Office Management: Monitoring and assisting with the procurement of office supplies and training materials.
LSOI Program Administration. Administrative responsibilities for CI, Mentoring, Organizational Development programs as well as all other OI services. Includes online administration of program assessment instruments, post program evaluations, and other OI assessments.
Collaborate with other LSOI team and committee members, other T & D staff, and other departments and divisions within Ring Power.
Actively looks for opportunities to add value.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED

LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
