What does an Account Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:30am start time
Responsibilities:
- Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location. Place orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels for consumer purchase.
- Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated.
- Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision makers, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue.
- Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
- Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year.
- Interact with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision makers.
- Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale ensuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required.
- Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Base pay range is $51,611 to $77,416 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
