Position : IP Litigation Associate Attorney (Patents) – 1-2 years
Location : Multiple (Ann Arbor, Troy, Silicon Valley, Austin, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix)

Description: Dickinson Wright is seeking a Junior Level Patent Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of litigation experience and a mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials engineering or electrical engineering degree.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strong legal writing skills.
  2. Willingness to travel for court appearances.
  3. Proactive with strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
  8. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000, determined by geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
