Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Analyst in the Cultural & Linguistic Department at AltaMed Health Services. The Business Analyst will perform day-to-day tasks such as analyzing data, conducting business analysis, working on issues related to culture, diversity, and health equity, training, facilitating communication, and documenting business processes and requirements. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and document business processes
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare or cultural and linguistic services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
