Building campaigns that hit the mark - every time! As a Marketing Campaign Associate, you'll play a key role in executing and analyzing direct marketing campaigns to drive success and build brand awareness. This position offers exciting opportunities for growth and career development.

• Execute all aspects of assigned direct marketing campaigns, including setup, file selection, processing, auditing, and invoice approvals.
• Learn and master campaign management platforms to execute marketing campaigns independently.
• Summarize data trends and processes related to marketing campaign execution to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Create and analyze marketing performance reports.
• Support direct marketing campaign planning, production, and analysis as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing.
• Prior marketing experience or coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. SAS or SQL experience a plus.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
