GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for O365 and Windows upgrade deployment analysis and tracking status of desktops, laptops and VDIs upgrade.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist with interpretation of the IT strategy and align resources to meet strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to make recommendations to improve IT processes and procedures including VR Engineering and PCI/RSVP teams.
  • Maintain stability and quality ensuring operational standards and processes are followed and support documents are kept current.
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings to assess ongoing issues, roadblocks and mitigate conflicts.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings, providing agenda content in advance and comprehensive meeting minutes.
  • Develop partnership, acting as a liaison between IT Desktop Engineering, Local IT teams, business users and Desktop Release management team to interpret and advise on technical questions.
  • Perform analysis to support processes, create supporting reports/documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to develop materials and deliver / present to senior leadership.
  • Drive planning and execution throughout all phases of assigned tasks.
  • Lead review of DRM process deliverables including test approach, test plan, test scenarios, test cases/conditions, and test results.
  • Serve as a functional and/or technical expert and perform risk analysis for O365 and Windows upgrades.
  • Adhere to Change process compliance guidelines.
  • Bring forth innovative concepts, providing efficiency opportunities in other areas of VR teams like VR Engineering.
  • Understand and manage desktop release end of life and support timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in the IT field or equivalent business work experience, retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate activities of other associates.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to network with key contacts outside of own area of expertise.
  • Hands-on experience using O365 application suite software (i.e. MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Experience deploying O365 and Windows upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SCCM.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position. This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
