LMFT Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments
• Obtain patient history
• Conducts Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress

LMFT Qualifications:

1. Active license
2. BLS/CPR Certification
3. Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray
4. Familiarity with EMR, EHR systems
5. Ability to build rapport with patients
6. Compassionate and caring demeanor
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
