Oracle Software Development Senior Director - Pierre, South Dakota
As a Senior Director in Clinical – Service Lines - Product Development organisation, you will lead teams and apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to drive software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications. You will be responsible for modernising a set of clinical products on new Health AI technology stack through reimagining customer experience in addition to delivering commitments within existing software platform. You will partner and collaborate across Oracle Health & Enterprise, build high performing teams that will leverage Oracle technology and AI to modernize the products and reduce the burden of time and cost to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Directing, leading and coaching engineering teams to deliver successful products and services.
- Setting the technical direction for EHR product modernization with reimagined workflow/experience.
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization.
- Building high performing geographically distributed engineering teams.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing best talent.
- Establishing and stimulating software development standards and processes along with best practices for the entire organization.
- Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain, team, and customers.
- Defining new KPIs to inform decision making and prioritization.
- Setting goals and expectations for performance and working with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.

US: Hiring Range: from $142,900 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
