*The position is full-time and is based in our Kapolei, Hawaii office. In-office attendance will be required.*
This position involves developing and implementing strategies to procure new business, servicing and supporting the maintenance of existing business, growing market share, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships within a branch and/or an assigned territory. You will be trained on the company’s marketing tools and resources and will then share their value and effectiveness with clients and potential customers within our direct market. You will meet with customers and potential customers both in-person and virtually to promote the Company, grow market share, and increase revenue. All duties must be performed in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and within all State and Federal regulations.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is required. Real estate experience is a plus.
The estimated pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus commissions. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate include education, training, experience, seniority, merit, work performance, quantity or quality of production, regional differences in compensation, and local minimum wages.
Old Republic complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.
