As the first point of contact, our ideal candidate will be an upbeat, positive, hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

This is an onsite position based at PRIME’s main office in San Jose, CA.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch.


What You Will Do
  • Screens, directs and/or personally responds to incoming calls, inquiries and correspondence/publications while referring matters to the appropriate person
  • Performing general reception duties and errands (such as receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail)
  • Keeping monthly inventory of office, kitchen, janitorial supplies, and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Creating outgoing labels and schedule FedEx, UPS and Courier pick up as needed.
  • Distributes packages to the appropriate recipient
  • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Responsible for planning and implementing corporate events, including golf tournaments, annual galas, company picnics, and volunteer events
  • Keep office and kitchen area clean, tidy and ensure office runs smoothly
  • Complies with the PRIME Safety Program – learns and follows safety regulations, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Must have valid Driver license and reliable transportation for occasional work-related tasks/errands such as transporting supplies
  • Assist with special projects as needed and as time permits
  • Other duties as requested
What You Need To Be Successful
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year + related experience and/or training
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Possesses a positive attitude, flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
