Responsibilities
- Correspond directly with the prospective participants to provide plan education and qualification screening
- Schedule assessments and mail information to prospective participants
- Become an expert about PACE program eligibility requirements, services and benefits to accurately describe PACE offerings through lead generation process
- Obtain referral details to assess and determine appropriate next steps for expeditious enrollment processing
- Address eligibility issues, application processing and referrals; evaluate factors unique to each referral
- Work closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical nurses and provider relations to ensure all and tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process
- Maintain compliance with state, federal and PACE regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report performance measures to improve delivery and execution of onboarding procedures (CDPAS enrollment, acquisition of entitlements, logistical delivery of service plans, request for provider network recruitment, etc.)
- Collect and review completeness of all required documents for processing enrollment transactions and reconciliation of enrollment files
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable CMS, DOH, and PACE-specific guidelines, including organizational and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and PACE regulations
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Education Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
Experience Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in account management/sales, ideally for a Managed Care plan
