Description

Working as a Sales Account Manager at Michael Page, you will own a role that is varied, stimulating, and challenging on a daily basis. This career will further develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real opportunities for personal and professional growth.

As an Account Manager:

  1. Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation.
  2. Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale.
  3. Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  4. Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources.
  5. Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  6. Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  7. Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office.
  8. Have involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
  9. Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.

Profile

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. MUST have 1+ years of commercial experience in Sales OR Staffing & Recruitment.
  2. Prospecting and managing a book of business is required to be considered.
  3. Proven track record of success.
  4. Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team.
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
