Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, energy management, construction management, environmental science, operations management, or related field. Five years of experience in at least one of the following fields: energy, facilities, infrastructure, mechanical systems, construction management, data analysis, or other related field. Demonstrated knowledge and work with energy efficiency, conservation, renewable energy technologies and practices, infrastructure, construction, operations management, data analysis, or related fields. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
