Customer Service Phone Specialist

Worksite Arrangement: 100% Onsite- No remote/hybrid

Location: Bloomington, MN

Compensation: $18.25- $25 hourly

Job Description:

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule service appointments.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls for overdue service clients and scheduling.
• Master and follow all training materials to accurately answer client questions.
• Stay current with service specials and recall notices.
• Meet or exceed minimum monthly call and appointments set goals.

Requirements:

• Six months of prior high-volume call center or similar experience.
• Strong computer skills and customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to meet daily duties and physical demands.
