Job Captain

A local architecture firm that specializes in multifamily and affordable housing is seeking a Job Captain or Project Architect to join their team! This firm is highly invested in their local community and partners often with nonprofit organizations and volunteer groups. In addition, they prioritize building long-term relationships with their clients. As a result, they have loads of work coming in and are gearing up for a very busy fall and winter.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Prepare design development and construction document packages with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Participate in construction administration.
• Mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Licensure or on the path to licensure.
• Fluent in Revit.
• Strong communication skills.
