What we offer:

  1. Serve as a service function by closely collaborating with the local market supply chain to align supply with demand, performing control and alert functions towards manufacturing sites.
  2. Assist markets by efficiently meeting product demand, ensuring optimal stock availability based on forecasts and stock policies, and managing effective supply planning in coordination with production sites.
  3. Ensure the proper use of supply planning tools and understand market demand to secure product availability for customer sales in accordance with stock policies and market forecasts. Develop a basic understanding of the market product portfolio and local market specifics related to stock replenishment.
  4. Analyze and report on assigned KPIs, taking corrective actions to improve them if needed.
  5. Monitor and follow demand forecasts to understand market trends, major changes, identify critical gaps, risks of shortages and overstocks, and define preventive and corrective measures, while ensuring data quality control.
  6. Implement necessary actions related to packaging and variation changes during supply planning (transfers, etc.).
  7. Support markets by maintaining master data in supply chain tools. Manage dynamic data maintenance in tools (stock, sales, transit, etc.), and analyze key logistic parameters to ensure alignment with market requirements and stock policies.
  8. Respond promptly to any shortages, overstocking, or risks of expiry in supported markets. Assist in liquidation if markets cannot handle it.
  9. Collaborate with customer service teams and the distribution center to resolve any blocking points with stakeholders.
