Responsibilities You will serve as the command’s Defense Travel System (DTS) Administrator and Travel Card Agency Coordinator (APC). You will serve as the Defense Travel System and Defense Agencies Initiative system subject matter expert and Help Desk support for all travel related functions. You will assist the Travel Manager with administering audits and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable business process narratives and regulations. You will be responsible for oversight and management of the Centrally Billed Account invoice reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies. You will develop, implement, and sustain the command’s travel program business rules and operating procedures and provide associated guidance and training. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing, certifying, and approving Defense Travel System (DTS) documents; providing training and guidance to command regarding travel policies and programs.
