Position Overview
ANSER is seeking a Graphic Designer who will develop graphics and digital media. Working as part of a team, you will coordinate with UI/UX in Knowledge Management to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience. This position supports an agency within the intelligence community and requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level clearance.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
- Utilize request management tools to provide swift, high-quality customer support for communication requests.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Create graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
- Develop design concepts and implement designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online.
- Ensure products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release clearances.
- Conduct technical quality checks.
- Manage an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS to comply with responsive design principles.
- Provide cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps.
Required Qualifications
- Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level clearance required.
- Experience with the following:
- Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
- Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS.
- Photography and video editing.
- Mentoring and training junior staff.
- Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
- Developing design concepts and implementing designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online.
- Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release clearances.
- Conducting technical quality checks.
