*This is an in the field digital media sales position that requires you to work closely and collaboratively with a team in the following Townsquare Media Markets – Princeton/Trenton, Monmouth/Ocean, and Atlantic City.*

As a Regional Digital Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital revenue growth across multiple markets while leading a team of Digital Sales Managers & Digital Solitons Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital sales efforts across multiple regions, collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that leverage our digital assets
  • Drive digital revenue growth, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of assigned digital budgets within designated regions/markets
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and success
  • Cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing & growing existing client relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and sales initiatives
  • Stay on-top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance market competitiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and media sales, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and embracing new opportunities
  • Previous experience in the media industry, particularly in radio & digital media, is highly desirable
