Description
Primarily responsible for the recruitment of undergraduate and/or graduate students including new freshman, transfer, adult and international students.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve enrollment goals with a relationship-focused recruitment strategy; manage a recruitment plan.
• Provide applicants necessary counsel throughout the enrollment process and accept students according to established admission criteria.
• Represent the College on and off campus at various fairs, high school visits, employer visits, and campus visits. Travel as necessary. Plan events as requested.
• Maintain relationships with high school guidance counselors and/or employers within assigned territory or area.
• Provide support to all prospective students through the drop/add period.
• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Embrace established workflows in and out of CRM and SIS.
• Work collaboratively with financial aid staff and all other campus staff/faculty.
• Serve as an ambassador of the College with all constituents to positively influence student retention.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two years' experience in higher education preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized, strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs. Experience with SIS and/or CRM preferred.
• Ability to travel.
