Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and IT needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Sales and Solution Selling:
- Drive sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose innovative, deliverable-based technology solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales or account management, with a focus on deliverable-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Base salary ranging from $85,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications including years of experience, presidents club wins, & relationships
- Attractive commission and bonus structure based on sales performance.
