The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer.This position reports to the Global Demand Planning Manager and is based out of our Logan, Utah location.ResponsibilitiesAllocates product to orders in NetSuiteAnalyzes and consolidates large volumes of data (shipments, inventory, intercompany transfers, forecast data, market share) to develop a fact based point of view and communicate to internal partners via presentations and reportsManages the special tagging sheet, executes product sales holds, and monitors sales forecasts to efficiently allocate inventory necessary to support strategic accounts and ensure overall inventory targets / service level (OTIF) requirementsRecommends and implements innovative strategies to improve processes and efficienciesProvides Receiving team with ‘hot list’ and backorder data necessary to prioritize inbound shipmentsWorks with QA to prioritize order of work being processed by the QA teamRuns daily ship plans to deliver work to the Distribution Center for shippingMonitors / reviews MRB’s sent out by the Quality Assurance team for non-conforming product receiptsDevelops and maintains effective working relationships with members of internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Trade-Marketing, Demand Planning and Inventory PlanningMaintain SKU restriction tables in the NetSuite to insure appropriate allocations to our accounts and prevent restricted product from shipping to restricted customersCollaborates with Sales Leadership for allocation direction on high demand SKUsProvides additional support to Distribution Center staffCreation and distribution of department reportsQualificationsBachelors degree, or 2 - 4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to articulate assumptions, methods, and results to peers and management, and to influence decision makingStrong math, analytical and conceptual skillsStrong computer skills-database and spreadsheet toolsStrong Effective Oral and Written Communication, with the ability to lead and facilitate consensus meetingsAssertiveStrong time management and organizational skillsUnderstands supply chain management practices (forecasting, product development, sourcing, purchasing)Accuracy and thoroughnessAbility to work well under deadline pressureQuickly learn, remain flexible and work in a rapidly changing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Windows applicationsNetSuite ERP experience a plusPay Range:Annual Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Our Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
