Job Summary:

The Sr. Account Service Representative supports all our Beverage clients by maintaining the internal systems that are required for the production, shipping, and invoicing of the product. Inside contact for all customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipping, and distribution information.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the intake of orders, order confirmations, and all tracking needs.
  2. Working with the shipping department to coordinate shipments and prepare any needed documentation.
  3. Responsible for the coordination of all tasks needed to support the needs of the client.
  4. Monitoring all customer inquiries and resolve all problems efficiently and within a timeframe.
  5. Preparing open Orders Reports for warehouse and sales reps.
  6. Updating weekly shortage reports for all current open orders - any new shortages connect with Purchasing/PMs to determine timing. Redate orders as necessary.
  7. Managing inventory reports for beverage clients.
  8. Maintaining client spending reports and preparing for clients every month.
  9. Fielding various requests for reports from the sales team utilizing ECQ or BiWeb software.
  10. Occasionally preparing installment invoices for clients.
  11. Responsible for efficient order entry into an ERP system.
  12. Answering client emails and phone call issues promptly.
  13. Working with and answering accounting issues on time.
  14. Assisting the sales team with rollouts and special projects.
  15. Preparing freight & tax quotes.
  16. Issuing credits, freight claims, and rebills (with or without replacement orders).
  17. Create new addresses when they don’t already exist, and mark old addresses as obsolete if changes need to be made.
  18. Assist other ASRs during downtime.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required.
  2. 5+ years of customer service experience within a manufacturing or logistics office.
  3. Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus.
  4. ERP experience required.
  5. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
  7. Good communication skills-written and verbal.
