Hours:Monday through Friday8am to 5pmQualifications:• 2+ years of recent order entry experience or sales support• Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence and Problem-Solving Skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com, is a plus.• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.Description:• Handle all aspects of entering, tracking, and expediting orders and releasing material for shipment• Process customer and account source documents/orders• Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data• Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution• Communicate (via email and telephone) with customer base to handle orders, inquiries, and follow up in a prompt and professional manner• Liaise and collaborate with Order Entry, Sales, Logistics Staff, Management and outside processors as needed• Interact with internal departments and outside processors as needed• Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our system• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, and environmental• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
