One of Vaco’s manufacturing clients currently in hyper-growth mode has asked us to find a few folks to add to the accounting team as they continue to expand – super cool product and great culture.  This will report to a Controller that we placed at the company in the last year and will offer multiple avenues for growth/promotion as they continue to scale. 
Looking for candidates with prior inventory, operations and/or manufacturing experience.  NetSuite would be a huge plus!
Summary of Responsibilities:

• Own the month-end close processes for assigned areas, including daily interaction with internal business partners and external auditors.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and related balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Create process efficiencies using technology; strong data skills for structuring and enriching data to achieve business insights.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills using VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, INDEX MATCH, etc.

"Nice-to-haves"

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA or CPA eligible strongly preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel background.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting theory and application of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• General ledger and related reconciliation experience.
