As a Technical Recruiter, you will have a big impact by managing the full cycle recruiting process and influencing your stakeholders with your market knowledge in sourcing and hiring great talent in electrification, EV charging, battery-operated vehicles, autonomous vehicle engineering, home and / or renewable energy, decarbonization, sustainability and more.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from opening the requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and help develop job descriptions and position requirements.
- Interview and assess candidates for job alignment.
- Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, etc.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
- Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships by leveraging data-driven insights and market knowledge.
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators and Hiring Managers to ensure interviews are scheduled promptly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate and influence the decision-making process.
- Negotiate job offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Update and maintain weekly reports.
- Attend recruiting events as needed.
- Work onsite once a week (if remote - must be willing to travel to the office in Torrance, CA once every other month ).
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience ).
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for Clean Energy, Smart Home, Home Energy, Resource Circularity, Hydrogen Solutions, EV Charging, DC Fast Charging, Autonomous Vehicles, Sustainability, Clean Energy, Energy, Power or Battery Systems, Energy Storage, EVSE, etc.
- Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting with a market and data-driven approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- High volume recruiting experience is a plus!
- Strong candidate sourcing, candidate management and pipeline building skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
This is a contingent role and based on pay transparency law the hourly pay range is between $45-$50 per hour with paid overtime through our named agency partner.
