The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates, providing daily HR related guidance, monitor leave and absent, and handle the termination process. This candidate should work closely with managers in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates, providing daily HR related guidance, monitor leave and absent, and handle the termination process. This candidate should work closely with managers in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work with the managers about the Headcount changes
- Monitor the leave and absents
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Process termination
- Facilitate employee related projects and plans
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, PHR or SHRM will be huge plus.
- At least 3 years of HR operation experience in California
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analysis skill set.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially World, Excel, and Outlook.
