Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Counsel to serve the Integrity Wealth business division. The Senior Counsel will report to the General Counsel and will serve as the main transactional lawyer and legal advisor for the Integrity Wealth portfolio of companies. The individual will be an experienced, proactive attorney who will take the lead in the corporate reorganization of Integrity Wealth, negotiate important commercial transactions, and prepare transactional documents relating to Integrity Wealth’s advisors and clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior Counsel of Integrity Wealth, supporting all of the Integrity Wealth portfolio of companies.
  • Work closely with the Integrity Wealth executive team to manage and execute Integrity Wealth’s strategic, corporate and regulatory reorganization.
  • Review and negotiate commercial transactions with important counterparties.
  • Support the legal aspects of advisor and client transitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that important business objectives are met.
  • Work with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure robust processes over transactions, compliance and risk management.

Required Competencies

  • Strong transactional background in commercial transactions, M&A or funds, with at least 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strong drafting, critical thinking and negotiating skills.
  • Proactive leader with the willingness to provide robust legal advice.
  • Fast learner, willing to tackle various legal issues.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented legal advisor.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire for professional development.
  • Experience in the wealth industry preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain certain securities registrations during tenure.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor from an Accredited Law School.
  • 4-6 years of big-law or comparable in-house experience.
