The Business Analyst Intern at Gushcloud Talent Agency will analyze engagement data from various social media platforms to identify key trends and insights. This role focuses on determining which brands align best with the agency's roster of talent based on audience demographics and content performance. The intern will also analyze the types of posts that generate the most engagement for specific audiences, helping to optimize content strategies and secure more brand partnerships for talent. Ideal candidates are data-driven, detail-oriented, and have a passion for social media analytics and brand strategy.


Data Collection and Analysis

  • Monitor and gather data from various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to assess audience engagement, reach, and demographic insights of content creators.
  • Identify trending topics, hashtags, and patterns relevant to brand collaborations.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to gather performance metrics for content creators.


Content Creator Matching

  • Analyze the talent pool based on niche, content style, audience demographics, and engagement rates to match creators with potential brand partners.
  • Ensure alignment of creator content with brand messaging, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Prepare data-backed recommendations on which content creators best fit specific brand campaigns.


Brand Research and Targeting

  • Research brands' current campaigns, values, and target markets to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and brand partnerships to provide informed recommendations.


Report Preparation

  • Create comprehensive reports that outline insights and rationale behind creator recommendations for internal and client presentations.
  • Present findings on creator-brand alignment in a clear, data-driven manner to talent management team.


Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the talent management team to understand the needs and goals of brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the quality and precision of creator recommendations.


Monitoring and Feedback

  • Post-campaign, analyze the performance of content creators and provide feedback on how they aligned with the brand’s objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting adjustments in the recommendation process based on past campaign performance.


Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update databases of content creators and brand information.
  • Assist in organizing meetings or communications between talent and brands as needed.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Enrolled in an accredited four-year degree program in one of the following areas: Business, Business Analysis, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Amenable for a hybrid setup: in the office Monday to Wednesday, and working remotely on Thursday and Friday
