Sales Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Programming Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and conference teams.

Responsibilities:

• Receives calls and emails from clients, providing factual information which may require the interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Calls and emails clients to gather proposal and contractual information, and to answer questions and communicate appropriate information.
• Attends to a variety of office administrative details, such as meeting arrangements, monthly checkbook updating, supply purchases, interdepartmental, and client communication.
• Responsible for internal and community meetings taking place on property. Coordinate and prepare BEO’s, communicate with catering & banquets team all budgetary and details related to the execution of the event.
• Provide social media marketing support by capturing weekly images and uploading to social media platforms as directed by TSV Marketing manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED

- Two years of coordinator and/or administrative experience or equivalent education, training and experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
