My client is looking for a driven estimator to review project plans and develop and execute competitive estimates along with a range of other responsibilities working directly with the Chief Estimator. This role offers hybrid flexibility, rapid growth track and great job stability

Job Description
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management preferred.
  • 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction or with trades.
  • Experience with preparing bids.
  • Has hands-on experience estimating projects based off of blue prints.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ground-up commercial or industrial experience required.

The Successful Applicant
  • Manage and provide bidding and estimating efforts from project inception through contract pricing.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Collectively identify project risks and provide potential remedies
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of bid proposals
  • Ensure that all aspects of the preconstruction phase comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
