Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to implement the goals and objectives of the Marketing and Communications Department. The role involves using a variety of digital marketing strategies to reach patients, supporters, and residents of the surrounding communities. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating tactics such as social media, online reputation management, and online advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of marketing and/or social media work experience
  • Adept with basic computer operations/systems, capturing photos and videos, and popular social media platforms
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate storyteller with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Immersing in understanding the overall brand and mission of the organization for effective representation in digital marketing
  • Continual research and learning about new tools, strategies, and trends in digital marketing
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Monitoring and tracking the effectiveness of the social media strategy and reporting metrics to leadership
  • Overseeing necessary online information pages and continuously evaluating online reputation programs
  • Monitoring day-to-day comments and responding appropriately to commenters for service recovery
  • Creation and execution of a plan to regularly report metrics regarding online reputation to organization leaders
