Job Requirements / Description
Role Overview: RecoveryOne relies on consumer marketing to drive enrollments and therefore revenue. The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will focus on enabling, analyzing, and delivering digital and offline marketing efforts. Daily tasks will include:
- Formatting and analyzing files containing member data from our business clients
- Analyzing performance of the entire enrollment funnel from initial marketing outreach to enrollment, and providing insights to the marketing and product teams on areas for improvement
- Optimizing targeting of digital and offline marketing efforts via email, SMS, direct mail and other channels
- Tracking performance and reporting campaign results to the enrollment marketing team
- Recommending tests and optimizations for future campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing, product management, product development and data partners
NOTE: This position is considered remote-friendly and, subsequently, accommodates candidates from any US location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Query eligibility and claims files
- Identify insights around campaign performance
- Create and manage Heap events and taxonomy/information architecture
- Monitor Heap events for trends in activation
- Create reports in Heap and Tableau
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, data, and development teams
- Manage opt outs
- Enhance and maintain customer propensity model(s)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Digital marketing analytics
- Expert Heap user
- Familiarity with Tableau (or other data visualization tools)
- Working knowledge of Snowflake
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Direct to consumer digital marketing experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare data (preferred)
- Propensity (and other) modeling experience (nice to have)
