As a Foam Technician, you would be part of our team responsible for building aerospace foam components that are a subassembly for finished aerospace parts. Individuals in this position are comfortable using a variety of tools to meticulously assemble and cut foam elements, able to read and comprehend drawings, and able to follow directions to maintain our high-quality standards. Foam Technicians who thrive in this fast-paced work environment are systematic thinkers, quick learners, and love to work with their hands.
Regular schedule is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
-Operate a CNC Router to transform foam blanks into parts
-Use band saw and pin wire saw to cut and shape foam into parts
-Assemble foam and plastic components into finished assembled parts
-Stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift
-Communicate effectively with the team

Benefits package includes:
Starting wage of $18.80 per hour with a clear path for wage growth.
Full Foam Technician range is $18.80 - $23.50 with potential for growth in other roles!
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits: Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
Tuition Assistance: Eligible after 6 months of employment.
401(k): Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
