OverviewElectronics Testing and Fulfillment Technician maintains production and distribution within our warehouse by pulling Electronics orders from inventory; testing to ensure product is in working order and then shipping out in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesPosition overview:The primary responsibility of the SSL Technician is to assist in the processing of shipment requests, inventory management, and equipment upkeep. This includes but is not limited to testing, repackaging, and stocking assets, palletizing or loading shipping cages for freight shipments, data entry, and performing periodic inventory counts.Essential Job Functions:Locate product by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on ordersUse Salesforce to enter/record required dataConduct testing and troubleshooting functions with the assistance of information in the form of written or verbal descriptions/diagramsReceive/process product from vendors and/or customersMaintain accurate inventory recordsStock incoming inventory in the correct locationMaintain the SSL department in clean and orderly mannerArrange for delivery or shipment of SSL Orders as requiredConduct periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepanciesPerform quality inspection of all completed processesMiscellaneous daily tasks including shipping support and clean-up activitiesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to view and handle numerous components while working in a fast-paced environmentSalesforce knowledge preferredPossess good organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to read and interpret parts diagrams and technical manualsEffective communication skillsDetail-orientedWorking knowledge of WindowsAbility to learn new applications and programsMust be able to lift and/or move objects with a weight of 20 to 70 lbsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentThe hourly range of $15.00-17.00hr is just one component of Panasonic's Total Package.
