Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:Install, Deploy, configure and setup Tibco components including brokers, queues, topics and services Lifecycle management of Tibco products to ensure the latest features and security fixes are in place.Monitor the health and performance of Tibco systems using tools like Tibco Hawk, Tivoli, or other monitoring solutions.Track metrics such as system throughput, response times, and resource utilization, identify opportunities to optimize environment.Tune system configurations to optimize performance, including memory usage, threading, and connection settings.Configure and manage load balancing to distribute workloads across multiple servers and ensure high availability. Implement and manage RBAC policiesEnsure Tibco systems are configured according to security best practices, industry regulations, including encryption, secure communication channels, and vulnerability management. Implement and manage backup procedures for Tibco configurations, databases, and applications.Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data loss inline with RTO/RPO of the organization.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco middleware, including message delivery problems, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.Maintain SOP documentation, KEDB, Capacity plan and performance reports.Review and provide feedback to change records.Participate in identification of problem and propose and implement remediation of the same.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in IT.Minimum of 5 years experience in Red Hat AMQ and proficiency in setting up, managing, deploying and troubleshooting Tibco Business Works, Business Events and EMS messaging. environments.High School Diploma or GEDPreferred:Tibco administrationExperience in integrating Tibco solutions with various APIs like CA7, SAP, ActiveMQ and external systems.Tech CertificationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
