Job Title: Administrator/Clinical Director Home Health
This is a full-time salaried position with growth incentives.
Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a progressive and fast-paced organization in Connecticut that includes a small Medicare-certified home health agency and a large successful home care agency. Plans are established to create an adult day care center and a mental health residential living center. This position offers many unique opportunities - management and growth of the home health agency, collaboration with complementary programs within the organization, and ground floor involvement in new program development. This is a unique opportunity to grow a small home health agency with plans for expansion in multiple states.
Requirements:
To be considered, candidates must meet Connecticut Home Health Licensure regulations including but not limited to Connecticut residency, active Connecticut RN license, baccalaureate degree in nursing, and home health supervisory experience.
Salary, Incentive, and Benefits:
Base salary $85,000 plus an incentive plan, and company car. Benefits are negotiable.
