Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals. • Train, motivate, and supervise sales team members to drive performance and meet targets. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and make informed decisions. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management. • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets is a must. • Strong abilities in leadership and managing teams are essential. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required for this role. • Candidates must possess valid US work authorization. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
