AIT OfreceIn addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives (dependent on position). ResumenThe Global Account Executive, will sell AIT's services to clients. This role will be responsible for creating, growing, and managing account base for the vertical market. In addition, this role will be accountable to directly identify and prospect new business leads, initiate development and effectively close new business, and develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve the corporate revenue goals.
Responsabilidades- Sell AIT's services to customer then transition account to account managers for ongoing maintenance and service. Develop new business across all our core competencies for the vertical market
- Identify and initiate business development opportunities with current AIT's customers. Pursue sales leads and visit customer sites when is needed.
- Work closely with operations staff to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met
- Work with tender management to help complete pricing requests and RFP's
- Assist in the development of customer SOPs, standard operating procedures, required to effectively manage each customer's business
Calificaciones
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in direct sales for logistics industry Required
Skills and Abilities
- Strong presentation skills and effective follow-up skills (High proficiency)
- Entrepreneurial attitude. (High proficiency)
- Competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and negotiation skills. (High proficiency)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues. (High proficiency)
- Microsoft Office Suites (Word, excel, Outlook). (Medium proficiency)
