We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and improve existing systems to enhance efficiencies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and clarify system requirements.
- Design and implement system improvements and new features.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost-benefit analyses.
- Test and validate system changes, ensuring they meet defined requirements.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
