Job Description
  • Prepare and assist with internal IATF 16949 audits
  • Oversee the entire PPAP process
  • Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
  • Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
  • Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
  • Generate documentation and standards for new products
  • Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives

The Successful Applicant
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001
  • Experience with corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills, experience with customers
  • Experience with APQP process and PPAP
  • Injection molding experience is a plus
  • Sponsorship is not provided
