Clinic Director

ABOUT US:
We are a professional Medical Massage Therapy and Chiropractic Clinic with multiple locations in Alaska!

We are currently seeking an exceptional Clinic Director for our thriving Anchorage Clinic!

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for staffing and HR processes; including termination, hiring and disciplinary actions
2. Responsible for contributing to the corporate strategic growth plan via business audits, evaluations and marketing
3. Foster, encourage and protect a positive and encouraging company culture that facilitates teamwork and a healing environment
4. Enforce team member compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the zero tolerance drama/gossip policy
5. Responsible for energizing team, communicating and achieving overall clinic success.
6. Coordinate with the billing department to ensure that the activities of billing operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with company policies, and are in compliance with Federal, State and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements
7. Provide team members with the resources to complete their work
8. Address patient conflict and resolve complaints
9. Responsible for completing quarterly, semi-annual and annual audits
10. Continual expansion of knowledge and the pursuit of self-development
11. Utilize a variety of software, including Outlook email, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and various other databases.

SKILLS:

1. Experience working in a Chiropractic or Medical setting is a plus
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly-used office packages
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
4. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
6. Ability to work with a team and the confidence to lead and motivate

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
