Financial Analyst

This role will be responsible for performing financial analysis to support business decision-making, developing financial models and forecasts, preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, annual budgeting, and various analysis of trends and financial performance. Candidates should have 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
**This employer operates on a hybrid schedule and are in the office 3 days per week**
Financial Analyst - Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to perform financial analysis in support of strategic decision-making and improvement of financial performance
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and operations teams
- Analyze financial data to identify risks and provide recommendations to improve processes
- Identify and analyze metrics and trends
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Financial Analyst - Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Financial modeling experience
- Data analytics experience is a plus
Compensation will range to $90,000 + $18-19k in bonuses
