About The Role:
Our Regional Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales, East and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and driving the performance of a dedicated enterprise sales team. Our Regional Sales Director will in effect grow client acquisition, retention, and share of wallet.
As our Regional Sales Director, you will ensure that the right people and processes are in place to meet short and long-term business goals.
You will also work in partnership with marketing and leadership to plan and execute strategies and initiatives.
In this role, you will be required to work in our NYC office one day a week and attend multiple in-person meetings throughout the week across NYC, NJ, and CT.
Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for building and leading a team of Account Executives across the Northeastern Region, covering states including ME, MA, MD, NY, NJ, CT, NH, VT, RI, PA, DE, and NE
- Drive growth in the target market by new logo acquisition and growing share of wallet with existing clients
- Motivate and coach Account Executives
- Drive sales strategy
- Manage Account Executive performance
- Assist Account Executives with the development of strategic account plans
- Oversee accurate pipeline management
- Establish and develop strong partner relationships
- Work with marketing to drive brand awareness and client engagement
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Desired skills and experience:
- Prior team lead or management experience
- Excellent presentation skills. Must have experience presenting to large groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with c-level executives
- Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
- Strong negotiation and motivational skills
Must be based in the United States.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 base, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
